Our Approach

We recognize that gender-based violence does not exist 
in isolation. It is deeply intertwined with systemic inequities — poverty, displacement, racial injustice, and immigration status — and we approach our work through an intersectional lens that acknowledges these realities.

Our strategy is rooted in hands-on collaboration. 
We engage with like-minded organizations and leaders across sectors — legal, philanthropic, grassroots, and policy — prioritizing partnerships that drive scalable, high-impact solutions. We build relationships that go beyond funding cycles, investing time and trust in those we support.

We do not act as sole funders, nor do we support programs nearing their end. Instead, we focus on catalytic projects where our involvement can deepen impact, unlock momentum, and accelerate change. Every grant we make is an opportunity to co-create lasting solutions that advance safety, equity, and dignity for all women and girls.
